Returns
- Due to the nature of our products/services (e.g., [digital tickets/events/customized items—update as per your business]), we typically do not accept returns.
- If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 with proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of failed transactions, duplicate payments, or order cancellations under specific conditions.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, as per Razorpay and banking timelines.
Cancellations
- Orders/services once confirmed may only be canceled if explicitly mentioned in the product/service description.
- Event tickets or time-bound services are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
